Owner, Licensed Agent
Suzanne’s personal mission is to be there for her clients through all stages of their financial planning needs. An accomplished industry professional with a career spanning more than three decades, she holds extensive experience and pays it forward by sharing her knowledge and results-driven guidance to help others.
Suzanne prides herself on tailoring recommendations to help meet individuals goals and time horizon. Her Financial Needs Analysis process shows clients strategies to help them get from where they are now to where they want to be using an organized, simple, and comprehensive road map to financial confidence.
The author of two published books[MM13.1], Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences and mathematics. She has health and life insurance licenses and proudly services clients throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and the Midwest.
Suzanne was born and raised in Southern California and firmly believes that waves crashing in the ocean is the most relaxing sound. She happily lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, today but can often be found on the beach at a nearby lake. When she isn’t enjoying the water, she loves traveling and spending time with her daughter and son-in-law, who are also in the financial services industry.

Director of Operations
Licensed since 2012, Amy Hausher serves as Director of Operations at Phoenix Financial Group, LLC, where she leads daily operations and client service systems with precision and care. As a fully licensed agent, she supports the implementation of financial strategies while ensuring every client experience is seamless, organized, and thoughtfully managed. Amy believes financial strategies are deeply personal — behind every account is a family and a future being built. She is passionate about creating clarity and confidence for both the team and the families they serve.
Known for her attention to detail and heart for service, Amy is dedicated to helping the Phoenix team deliver a personalized experience that reflects the firm’s commitment to integrity, excellence, and lasting relationships.

Sharla Victor
Marketing and Client Services Coordinator
Sharla Victor serves as the Marketing and Client Services Coordinator for Phoenix Financial Group, supporting the firm’s client experience, community engagement, and marketing initiatives. Her role includes client communications, event coordination, social media, and the development of video and podcast content.
With a diverse background in communications, content development, professional voice work, and live announcing, Sharla brings creativity, organization, and a natural ability to connect with others. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that help clients feel welcomed and informed while finding engaging ways to share the Phoenix Financial Group story with the community.
Outside of the office, Sharla continues her work as a professional voice actor and live announcer. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dogs.
